Participating Procedure
1.Choose the available booth (booths without company name on) from the latest floor plan and confirm booth with the organizer by email, phone or fax.
2.Exhibitor signs the contract with the organizer and then fax to each other.
3.Remit 50% of the booth rental to the organizer within 5 days after signing contract for confirming the booth.
4.Booth allocation is on a “First-come, First Served” basis. The booth shall not be confirmed until the required participation fee is paid
