We assist exhibitors and visitors of Dental South China 2025 to make hotel reservation. The following hotels are recommended for comfort and convenience. Please refer to a map to learn the hotel location.

1.Make a reservation order: Please fill in the information above and submit. 
2.We will send you a confirmation of the booking arrangement within 5 working days. If you fail to receive our confirmation form on time, please contact us. (Please keep the confirmation form for your reference.)
3.Please keep the Hotel Reservation Form. Every exhibitor/ visitor should show the personal valid identification to the hotel receptionist while checking in in the hotel. Please pay the fee at the hotel reception desk when you check in as scheduled. 
4.The reservation will not be held after 16:00. Please check in before 16:00, or the reservation will be cancelled. 
5.Please inform us 7 days in advance with written notification if you need advanced or postponed check in, modification or cancellation of your booking. All the advanced or postponed check in, modification and cancellation only go into effect after you receive the written confirmation note from organizer.
6.Your bookings will only be accepted subject to room availability. Some hotels may require down payment due to tight booking. Please make reservation as early as you can to ensure the success of your reservation. 
7.The hotels that we recommend are in good reputation. Dental South China 2025 does not cooperate with any agency, so please contact us directly to book a hotel.
