Benefits of Pre-registration
Preferential treatments
for visitors who register before 5 Jan 2009
- The first 88 pre-registered visitors will receive a Lesson Card (worth ㄓ200). The card receivers can attend the seminars in Dental South China International Expo 2009 and 2010 free for charge.
- All the pre-registered visitors will receive the following treaments:
- 20% discount while buying the Lesson Card (with bar code required),
- 50% discount while buying the show directory (with bar code required),
- the Fast Pass service, free from waiting in long queues to register at the expo
Procedure for Admission
1. Pre-registration
1.1. Pre-registration on line
Please fill in Visitors＊ Pre-Registration Form by 5 Jan 2009.
1.2. Pre-registration off line
Please fill in the Visitors＊ Pre-Registration Form attached to the invitation letters and fax or mail it to the organizer of Dental South China International Expo 2009 (the company STE) by 10 Jan 2009.
The pre-registered visitor please get the Visitor Badge at the Fast Pass at the expo with the bar code generated by the pre-registration system. (Every pre-registered visitor will receive a confirmation letter or e-mail with a bar code.)
2. Registration at the Expo
2.1. Professional visitors please show your business cards and fill in the Visitors＊ Pre-Registration Form at the registration counter before you get the Visitor Badge.
2.2. Non pre-registered visitors will not receive the above-mentioned preferential treatments.
The standard price of a show directory: RMB 20
The standard price of a Lesson Card: RMB 100/person
(RMB 100 contains the costs of the Lesson Card, the China＊s National Continuing Education Academic Credit Certificate and the show directory. )
2.3. Team visitors(≡5 persons) from the same company, who enter the expo together, have precedence for registration at the expo: one of them may collect the business cards of his colleauges and register at the Fast Pass to get the Visitor Badges for the whole team. |
